Great Marketing = Great Sales + Terrible Service = Surprises – A dissatisfied client will come back to haunt you every time. Usually this happens when yo least expect it, when you’re least prepared, and when it’s most embarrassing for you.

Great Service + Poor marketing + Poor Sales = Loneliness – If you provide great service but you haven’t generated marketing and sales, you’re going to suffer by just “shuffling paper.” You may feel good but eventually you’ll go hungry…and so will your staff.
