Are you earning your commission or simply collecting it?

A good client mentioned his +$80,000 revenue client asked him what he is doing to earn his commission.

OOPS. Obviously, if the client must ask, what does that tell this good agent?

Like many of us, our clients don’t know the back story. Are you alerting your clients throughout the year,
not just at Stewardship time, how your are complying to the terms of the Performance Agreement you and your client negotiated at renewal?

Easier said: Are you and your clients expectations aligned?

This is a huge subject that leads to an endless stream of referrals.
